The WooCommerce Booster provides the Off-Canvas Filter option for the Shop page. This is a premium module, available with Starter Blog Pro. You would need to activate the module from Appearance → Starter Blog Options → WooCommerce Booster → Off Canvas Filter.

Sometimes you want to display your shop page in full width but still have a left or right sidebar? Now it is easier with the Off-Canvas Filter feature. You can see a new sidebar in Appearance → Widgets → WooCommerce Off Canvas Filter; simply drag-drop the widgets from Available Widget in it.

You can find the Off-Canvas Filter option in the Customize → WooCommerce → Catalog → Product Filter.
